Inside OASIS: Where Clinicians Find Purpose, Support and Growth

At OASIS Pediatric Therapy, our mission is simple yet powerful: we joyfully serve underserved families who have children with delays or disabilities by providing skilled therapy, family CNA services and resources. Our vision is to empower children and their families to maximize independence and life satisfaction.

As a therapist-owned company, we know this is true: clinicians can't pour from an empty cup. Burnout is real. Too many talented occupational therapists, physical therapists and speech-language pathologists have felt overworked, undervalued and unsupported. We created OASIS Pediatric Therapy to be different.

We're a place where clinicians are heard, valued and equipped to do their best work. Our culture, mentorship opportunities and mission all reflect that working at OASIS is more than a job. It's a community built for clinicians to grow while helping children thrive.

Therapist-Owned, Clinician-Driven

At OASIS, we are proud to be therapist-owned and operated. We're not backed by investors or outside corporations looking to maximize profits. Instead, our leadership team has walked in your shoes. They've worked in home health pediatric therapy, they've faced the daily challenges of documentation, family coordination and schedule management. Our leadership team has celebrated the joy of seeing children take their first steps, speak their first words or gain new independence.

Being therapist-owned makes a difference every single day. When your leaders are clinicians, they know how to support clinicians. Policies, processes and expectations aren't just about numbers. They're about people.

OASIS started with two dedicated, full-time working moms and therapists who grew weary of the limitations of conventional pediatric health agencies. Through their professional experience, they witnessed the dire need for comprehensive care and resources that supported not just the child but the entire family, particularly for underserved families in Colorado. Determined to be the change they wanted to see, they embarked on a journey to create an innovative pediatric home health agency, an outpatient clinic, a family CNA program and a respite facility.

"I love that OASIS is therapist-owned and a small company. OASIS is special in how they are always growing and looking for ways to serve and help our families. There are many opportunities to support our clients outside of therapy services with community resources. The entire OASIS team wants what is best for our company and for the communities we serve." - Catherine Batt, OT at OASIS

Being therapist-owned also means we're locally rooted. OASIS isn't managed from out of state or run by people who don't understand the communities we serve. We live here, we work here and we're deeply invested in Colorado families.

Mentorship and Collaboration You Can Count On

One of the biggest challenges in pediatric therapy home care is feeling like you're on your own. In a traditional clinic, you might be surrounded by colleagues every day. But in home health, you're often traveling from family to family, working independently. At OASIS, we've built systems to make sure our therapists never feel isolated.

All OASIS home health therapists have access to a communication app for daily collaboration with other therapists, both within and outside their therapy discipline. This network provides opportunities to share case studies, brainstorm treatment ideas, problem-solve documentation challenges and celebrate wins. Our clinicians gather monthly for team meetings that are more than just company updates. They're structured to allow our therapists to catch up with other therapists as well as get to know new faces at OASIS. The gatherings and communication app keep our clinicians connected to a team, even when they spend their days working in homes across Colorado.

"Being a home health employee, it would be easy to feel disconnected from coworkers. At OASIS, I have never felt that way. I learn new things every day from our network of therapists. All of the therapists at OASIS are willing to help each other. The leadership team is great at supporting their employees and providing continuing education opportunities throughout the year." - Catherine Batt, OT at OASIS

Because OASIS is invested in your professional development, we prioritize continuing education, evidence-based practices and peer-to-peer learning. Whether you specialize in pediatric home health occupational therapy, pediatric physical therapy or in-home pediatric speech therapy, you'll always have support from a team that understands your specialty and shares your passion.

A Culture That Puts Families First (Yours and Theirs)

At OASIS, we believe that a healthy culture starts with joy. Our team is fun-loving, kid-focused and built on authentic connection. We laugh often, celebrate milestones and support each other through challenges.

But our culture is more than fun. It's about values. Our leadership founded OASIS on a family-first philosophy. That doesn't just mean we support the families of children we serve. It means we help our clinicians' families, too. Whether you're a parent managing your own household or a professional pursuing a degree or certification, we believe your career should fit your life. Not the other way around.

That's why we offer full-time and part-time opportunities, and we help home health clinicians create schedules that actually work for them. We built flexibility into our DNA. At OASIS, home health scheduling is designed with flexibility in mind, giving you the freedom to create balance.

"I have loved working for OASIS Pediatric Therapy for 7 years! I love their support, I love my coworkers, and I love the flexibility to support my work-life balance. Best job ever!" -Tracy Henze, PTA and Lead Therapist

Clinician Spotlight: Catherine Batt, OT at OASIS

Q: How has OASIS supported you not just as a clinician, but as a person?
A: OASIS has been the best fit for me and my family. During my time working at OASIS, I have had four kids. I was always supported through my maternity leave and never felt rushed back into work. The flexibility at OASIS has allowed me to make my own schedule where I get to be home with my kids and watch them grow, but I am still able to help provide for my family. The owners have families of their own and understand how important it is to be there for your family. We really can make our own schedule to support a positive work-life balance.

Q: What's one thing you can do now in your career at OASIS that you couldn't in a traditional setting?
A: There are so many things that I can do as a home health therapist that I would not be able to do in a traditional setting. I think my favorite part of this job is being able to meet families where they are. I really get to build a relationship and understand the whole family dynamic. I get to help the children in their natural setting, at home.

Q: Why is your work so meaningful to you personally, and what keeps you motivated in it?
A: Being an in-home OT at OASIS is meaningful to me because I get to play with kids every day. I get to connect with kids and work hard while having so much fun. I look forward to planning fun sessions for the kids. I love watching them tackle their obstacles with a smile on their face. I stay motivated by my coworkers and the kids I get to work with. I am proud to be a part of such an amazing company.

Q: What would you tell another OT who is considering a role with OASIS?
A: I would tell them that OASIS is a great company at any stage of your career. The leadership team has made such an effort to support their employees and provide a positive work environment. Not to mention, they would work with the best coworkers!

The Impact on Families

At OASIS, every milestone matters. In pediatric home health therapy, progress doesn't just transform a child's life. It changes an entire family's future. Our clinicians are often the first to witness those breakthrough moments: taking their first steps, saying their first word or mastering a skill that builds independence.

These moments don't happen in isolation. They're the result of consistent, compassionate therapy paired with family involvement and support. Because our clinicians work in the home, they're able to guide parents and caregivers in real time, showing them how to encourage progress between visits and celebrate every gain along the way. These moments remind us why we do this work: to empower children and their families to thrive.
